Motivation is all about focus. Being able to focus on important goals without distraction, including not being distracted by self-doubt. Sometimes procrastination results from a lack of energy and drive but it can also be a product of an inner irrational perfectionism (ie. “It’s not worth trying because my efforts will not amount to anything” or “what will people think about me?” or “I’m an imposter!”) The truth is that there may be many and varied reasons why we feel unmotivated at times but hypnotherapy can help us to better connect to the mindset that we need.
