Anxiety and confidence are like polar opposites. The presence of one may preclude the other. In my practise as a hypnotherapist, anxiety in it’s various forms is frequently a theme of treatment. This is not surprising as anxiety is one of the most common issues we experience as human beings and probably more so at this present time with it’s uncertainties. However, the good news is that anxiety can be managed, while confidence can be increased. Of course hypnotherapy is an effective way to do both of those things as it’s all about installing a positive mindset and becoming better versions of ourselves. Hypnotherapy is the original positive psychology.
