
We can learn to let go of unhelpful patterns of anxiety or destructive perfectionism. While it may be fine to have high standards, if we are too perfectionistic (ie. creating unrealistic or unachievable standards for ourselves or others) then we may be in fact sabotaging ourselves and our relationships. Sometimes we need to take a step back and begin to see things in their true perspective. Hypnotherapy can be a helpful way to do that.
