The Mind and the Body are One

A recent media story concerned a woman who was able to have a healthy baby after five miscarriages (the link is below). She felt that hypnosis made a difference for her. The hypnotherapy, relaxation and improved diet were part of a positive lifestyle change which resulted in the birth of a beautiful baby (and saved her the cost of expensive IVF). Can such a result be guaranteed in all cases? Not necessarily-even IVF has a high failure rate. However, it is certainly worth trying! (And much cheaper than IVF!)

Hypnotherapy can also be of value in stress and pain relief during childbirth.
